- **Match.** A shortlist of existing sites that fit your MW, density, region, and go-live date.
- **Terms.** Capacity, term, and monthly pricing agreed with the site before you sign.
- **Access.** Security, escort, shipping, and remote-hands terms set before racks arrive.
- **Fiber.** Cross-connects ordered on day one, with two diverse carriers where required.
- **Fit-out.** Cages, power whips, and rack positions scheduled around your GPU delivery.
- **Go-live.** Power handed over, cooling tested at your kW per rack, racks live.

## How we track it to go-live.

Each step carries a date and proof it is done, from signed terms through to energized racks.

- **Fit-out.** Rack positions, floor load, and cable paths as built.
- **Power handover.** Feed and breakers energized to the rack, witnessed and dated.
- **Cooling test.** Air or liquid loops tested at the stated kW per rack.
- **Fabric cabling.** Training fabric cabled and tested where the requirement calls for it.
