Sites with power available now.
Existing capacity with power, cooling, and fiber verified, and ranked by months to first MW.
How we find and rank sites.
A site enters the ranking after agents verify the power, cooling, fiber, access, and the timeline behind its go-live date.
- Existing capacity. Halls, suites, and cages with spare MW today: colocation, converted facilities, and idle enterprise or mining sites.
- Power path. Utility feed, on-site generation, or both, each checked before it enters the ranking.
- Power per site. Contracted MW, substation capacity, and redundancy, from the utility contract.
- Cooling per site. Water and space for air, rear-door, or direct-to-chip, so an 80 kW rack requirement ranks only sites that can cool it.
- Site states. Sourced, verified, ranked, contracted, live. Each state is timestamped against the requirement.
- Matched to you. Every site is ranked against your MW, region, density, and go-live date.
What we check on every site.
Each check has a document behind it: a utility contract, a permit, an invoice, a dated photo.
- Power contract. Contracted MW, ramp schedule, curtailment rights, term.
- Substation. Capacity, feeds, switchgear condition, transformer status.
- Cooling. Air or liquid, kW per rack, water source.
- Occupancy and permits. Certificate of occupancy, electrical and air permits in place, issuing authority, status.
- Availability evidence. Spare MW, what is built out, what is already leased, dated photos and invoices.
- Go-live. Months to first MW, set from the evidence above.
- Control. Site title or lease, sublease rights, signing authority.
- Fiber. Path confirmed, two diverse carriers where required.
